    Autodesk posted a lackluster earnings report. Revenues remained flat, and net income was down sharply from previous quarters. Despite this, EPS came in about 8% higher than analyst estimates, and the stock price jumped 3% the day earnings were released.Press release

    Roper plans to offer a total of $900 million in 5 year and 10 year notes later this month. This will allow financial restructuring, which is getting a positive reaction by analysts, as evidenced by the upgraded buy recommendation from Citi.
