The Frankenstein Fund - September 2015 Mid Month Update: As We Await The Fed's Latest Coin Flipping Exercise.. A Progress Report.

9/13/2015

As I often like to remind my viewers, the object of this mindless exercise* is to generate ever increasing amounts of relatively passive income so that I can spend my remaining time on the planet doing something else..

As you might remember if you have been following along, September was originally projected to be ~$44,341.50, then was revised upwards by subsequent rearranging and trading position A for position B etc and selling calls to $51,335.14.

In the last 10 days I decided to get after the LNCO position while I waited for WMC, OXLC & MORL to crater and so here we are:

I'm not done fiddling this month, but the last option trades will not happen until 9/21 after the September $3's expire and so will be reflected in the end of the month/end of the quarter wrap. Whatever shares of WMC, OXLC & MORL I buy will not pay out until October, and those share totals will be updated as we get closer to the X dates for them.

A quick chart for you visual types:

Not a bad bump so far, I'm aiming for ~$75K for September.

YRMV.
