    Consumer ID thefts or consumer identity thefts is one of the many crimes that cause financial as well as emotional anguish. This is a copy of the October 15, 2007 e-mail from Adrian Lofton to Lee Kennedy, CEO of Fidelity apprizing him of the internal violations of federal and state as well as company and client policy. After the violations were reported FNIS continued to place millions of consumers at risk.
