It is time to accumulate stocks! 0 comments
Last week I posted a blog asking "Is it time to accumulate stocks?". Since then, I have been gathering reasons for buying or not buying stocks and I have posted details at:

Based on the evidence so far, I am inclined to say that it is time to start accumulating stocks! Here are the reasons:
- Reasonable P/E ratio (SPX TTM PE around 12)
- Relative value (SPX is 3-5% below its 200 DMA)
- Fear in the market (VIX spike)
- Too much negative news in the media
- Panic, indiscriminate selling that is going on
