  • Profit from Indian wedding season which kicks off later in Sept. and lasts thru Dec. 0 comments

What happens during Indian wedding season? Its much like Christmas except on a much bigger spending spree and lasting not for 6 weeks but for 3 months.

Indians from abroad go back to their ancestors homeland, many looking for a bride and money is no object when it comes to getting the bride you want.

Indians abroad will first be booking their flights probably thru (NASDAQ:MMYT), then once in India they will be looking to buy (NASDAQ:GOLD) as a dowry for the bride to be.

Once all the details are ironed out and the bride's family agrees to a wedding, its off to the internet (NASDAQ:REDF),(NASDAQ:SIFY) to look for the best values in shopping for other items needed in a wedding - Dresses, Shoes, Braclets, and lots of lots of clothing. Indians go overboard when they find a bride in India to try and please their bride's family and out do the other weddings, pride is a big thing there. That is why if you look at GDP numbers in India , they bounce up every year during this period and thats not the only thing that bounces up, so does the Indian stock market.

Oh and don't worry if you don't have the money, India also has banks willing to lend you money for your wedding, (NYSE:HDB),(NYSE:IBN
