    We are upbeat on housing sector also. We did an analytical analsyt on the market trend and found that housing sector will outperform the rest of the market. We are strong bulls and see double digits coming on home builders. Our favorites are TOL,HOV,SPF,PHM,LEN .We have $8.00--$12.50 targets on Hov and Spf, and maintain a $12.50 target on Phm. these are short term price targets with no ceiling as of now.
