Kodiak Exploration Ltd. (TSX-V – KXL) is a Canada-based junior mineral exploration company focused on exploring and developing gold, uranium and base metal properties that have the potential to become world-class discoveries.

The Herculus property is currently Kodiak's primary gold exploration project. It is located in the Beardmore-Geraldton gold camp of western Ontario. The principal gold vein at Hercleus named "The Golden Mile" contains visible gold and was traced on surface for more than 400 meters with samples taken every 20 meters consisting of an average grade of 20.2 grams per ton over an average width of 3.8 meters. Results from preliminary metallurgical studies, proximity to infrastructure and the presence of shallow, high-grade gold mineralization underscore the economic potential of the project.

In addition to Hercules, Kodiak controls over 2,100 km^2 of the Beardmore-Geraldton producing gold camp. Kodiak is exploring over ten additional target areas, sekking additional gold resources to complement the Golden Mile discovery.

Kodiak's energy division is exploring for Uranium in the Athabasca basin of Northern Saskatchewan. At the West Millennium project, Kodaik has discovered a large uranium mineralized system located only 3km west of the 50MM pound Millenium Uranium deposit. Initial drilling has intercepted up to 0.13% of U3OB that has help define multiple targets for additional exploration drilling.

• Gold - Kodaiak has established itself as the dominant land holder in this underexplorered greenstone belt located between the red Lake and Timmins gold camps. Kodiak's land holdings now cover approximately 2,000 square km.
• Energy - Kodaik's uranium exploration activities are concenrated to the uranium corridor in the Athabasca basn in Saskatchewan. Kodiak has acquired 21,230 hectare which represents one third of global uranium supply
• Base Metals - Kodiak's base metals exploration activities are concentrated to the greenstone belt that stretches across the Beardmore Geraldton area.

• Continued drill hole success based on follow-up recommendations from the Company's initial N1 43-101 compliant resource estimate
