In the company's latest Presentation
on page 29 at the bottom, they publicly mention listing on the NYSE for the first time. They have prepared to uplist to the NASDAQ for about a year, and even changed the Directors to comply with Regulations.
My view is that Provectus wants the widest audience for when it reports the contents of the FDA Minutes and other good news that's on its way, so their priority is speed.
I think that the Stock Exchange that offers the fastest listing, gets the business. For more details, you can check out the article here:
