  • Possible Buyout Scenario For Provectus 3 comments

I have written up the possible buyout scenario based upon information PVCT Managment has divulged in interviews and SEC filings.

I believe the Founders of Provectus have a well thought out plan on the end-game and that this is the sale of the company to a Major Pharma. It is likely, if it happens as they plan, that selling out with the Insiders will be the most lucrative way for individual investors to exit this investment. But obviously different people and institutions have different goals and risk tolerance, so it pays to do exhaustive due diligence before you decide what to do.

Fine work laying out how things may go with a buyout! I added some today on the surprisingly big dip... sure you did too. Thanks!

Of course, a buyout could go better and the longer the buyers wait, the higher the likely cash (or stock part of the price).

Of I were PFE I'd be putting my bid together now.

Yes Alan, buyout could come sooner rather than later it seems.

Paper losses are not pretty, but I managed to increase my position by 17% today. Happy about that... feeling bad for those who had stop loss orders, had their shares stolen... and now may be too freaked out to buy them back. Thanks for all of your insights!
