    Quantum Behavioral Game Theory Pre-Trade Analytics Engine, developed by Mr. Hoffman, indicates that $PMCS (PMC-Sierra Inc)  is climbing to the ranks of Semi-Conductor Sector-Leadership -- specifically when Price exceeds $8.81 (to be valid bullish setup, the price needs to stay above $8.81 for a minimum of 13 minutes).
    $TQNT (Triquint Semiconductor) and $LSCC (Lattice Semiconductor) are also in play as Leadership in this sector build in 2011.
