Is this rebound in DJ for real ? It remains to be seen over the performance of DJ over the next few nights. I am not so convinced at this stage of a strong rebound for the reason that the volume on DJ seems pretty weak and low evenr though DJ did make a spectacular 100+ pts rebound yesterday. Also Shanghai Index barely closes above 3000 point today. Until i see strength in the two dominant super giant economies, i would remain cautious and bias towards shorting positions.

Relative strength remains to be seen over the next few sessions. I would like to see a higher volume traded to accompany the rebound. If DJ fails he rebound, it may test to breakdown the 10129 region again.

Airline stocks are holding well for this round of onslaught and mayhem. Most of them including LCC (5.9 ↓1.01%), Delta Airline has not broken the downtrend. But with the DJ still weak in the doldrum, how long can this airline stock continue to hold ?

After the broke out from $9 about 2 weeks ago, the stock is holding well and has not even broken its 13D MA. Yesterday it rebounds with a less than exciting volume on a day when DJ gains more than 100 points. Lets watch to see if it can continue to break the $17 and the current consolidation zone ?

Will AA continue to rebound strongly after a spinning top yesterday despite better than expected quarterly earnings ? Trading volume has picked up but not to be so sure but the strength of the bounce remains to be seen. I certainly would like to see more than a spinning top on a day DJ appreciate more than 100 points.
