$100,000 Model Portfolio

The CPA reviewed result, for the 12.06.2011 - 05.07.2012 time frame, is a +9.1% net return. This reflects all hedging losses. The current accrued dividends, $509.51, are not included in the 9.1% return. They will be recorded in the net return on payment date. The cash balance is $5,712.99. The $100,000 Model Portfolio's value is $109,104.83. Capital preservation is the portfolio's cornerstone goal.

Option Update

I have updated our option position spreadsheet. XYZ excellent numbers last week. XYT reported excellent numbers but sold off. ABC reported excellent numbers. If ABD does not break $12 by May 18th, we will roll the position.

An item of note: I will look to add 100-XYZ shares when the ABC commences. We will sell covered calls against the position.

Our closed positions provided a $555 credit. Our MK covered call has a $3,087 credit. Our ZC covered call position has a $14 credit. I continue to 100% believe in both names. We are up a total of $4,556 on these totals.
