    I don't believe that the FBAR requires that you report real estate holdings each year, only securities and bank accounts (although any capital gains and income from such real estate investments is, of course, subject to US taxes)

    Thank you for another great article. I have to file an FBAR every year, otherwise I wouldn't know.

    Your articles are great and have been a fantastic resource for me. Picked up some GGN for my IRA today at $13.50. Looking forward to the 12% distribution.
