Thanks for getting me here. I am looking at a few monthly dividend payers and have right now set my eyes on only one, AT.

Again, with the REIT market still blazing away, I am siting on ARR, soon to be on AT and with one more I can add to positions monthly. The thought is the sooner I can purchase, the sooner I capture the divvy and realize DRIP $$ .

I know this good thing cannot last forever.. but I want to stay Golden as long as I can Pony Boy!! Hope you can appreciate a little Dillon old school humor.

  • that is why I am here to learn.. and you teach.. through your articles etc... REITs are real new to me.. I have been in NLY and AGNC before, grabbed one dividend and out I went.. now I am holding for a longer period..
at least until some form of substantial unsettling news beyond what is currently out there.. like QE heading our way.. I want to see if these turn into a fire sale.. or if the holding pattern continues before I start my fire drill.. I have an exit strategy.. just don't want to start deploying it until, I see fire.. not just hear yelling and smell a hint of smoke.
