Friday's sharp sell-off of PMs, and the miners, triggered the trailing stop I had on SVM. Unfortunately, it was filled at what was almost the day's low (executed at $11.39, with the day's low being $11.37). Still, a 9.51% gross gain in 10 days isn't something to cry and scream about.

I've had some good fortune, trading in and out of both SVM, as well as SLW, over the last 4-8 weeks, and I still like both companies, and silver, in general. At this point, I need to decide if I get back into one, the other, or perhaps both. Ultimately, that will be predicated on my take on their respective charts, as well as what news, if any, comes out of Asia, and the EU, prior to Monday's open.

That was me, again, on the other side. LOL. 100% gains from early February triggered a 10% stop-loss sale when it fell from $12 to $10.5. SLW too. But I bought back in at a reduced amount, primarily because I am not comfortable being out of the PMs. It is instructive to read your blogs, especially as I don't see myself as a trader...more a buy and hold, unless..., type.

LOL...I'm still holding a position in GG, but am looking to get back into silver miners, as I mentioned. I've been "trading" more than I'm actually comfortable with, over the last year, or so, but it seems that's just the sort of market that we're in, currently.
