Grizzly Gold Corp. (GRZG) was formerly known as BCS Solutions, Inc. until August 2011. Grizzly Gold Corp. was founded in 2010 and is based in Las Vegas, Nevada. The focus on the advancement of their gold projects is located in the Nevada area. The company has 82 claims located in Humboldt County, Nevada. Nevada is the largest gold producer in the U.S. accounting for 79% of the nation's gold production and fifth worldwide, accounting for 6.8% of the world's gold production.

On October 25, 2012, GRZG announced the beginning of its drill program on the LB Vixen property. GRZG has identified four proposed drill sites and they are planned to be high angle reverse circulation holes from 600 feet to 800 feet in length. All of the drill sites are either on pre-existing roads or roads built by Grizzly in 2011. Back in March of this year, 205 soil samples were collected covering approximately 580 acres on the LB Vixen property. On November 8, 2012 completion of the first phase of drilling was announced. Until the results and analytics come back the company will have to wait to decide what the next step is.

GRZG's stock has ranged from $0.30 to $1.75. The market trade today they are at$.51. The previous close was $.475, up $.035. Currently their market cap is $24.43 million.
