    After reading a good part of the document, my general impression was that the defendants are certainly not coming from a position of strength. Basically they are just whining.

    I was amazed that one of the defendants presented over 7 million pages of documents. Can you imagine reading 7 million pages?

    In terms of the Markman, the preliminary decision is definitely taking longer than I expected. I was fortunate to sell my April calls at a 300% profit, due largely to Jim Cramer's positive comments on Virnetx. I'm now holding common shares and January calls. Depending on market activity, I may buy more calls.
