    .. That said, I can't help tracking WMI Holdings, which is the post-bankruptcy NOL shell of its predecessor, Washington Mutual (now a part of JP Morgan). Here's why:

    1. It doesn't conduct any business. Its solely a balance sheet story, that is, if and until it makes acquisition(s) to utilize its NOLs.

    2. On August 8, 2012, WMIH released its audited financials for the first time since it emerged from Chapter 11.

    Author’s reply » Hi Richard - Would you mind sharing with me your source for the three year expiry period? and yes, I agree that deal must be at hand for WMIH/KKR to go ahead with the financing.
