    How to Find a Scam

Hello everyone, today I invest some of my time to do what I feel is correct.

I will be showing you why I think Green Innovations Ltd. (OTCPK:GNIN) is a recent "Pump and Dump" and will show you evidence, but first let me define in easy words what is a pump and dump for those who don't know it yet.

Pump and Dump is a process in which crappy advertisement company's (the pumpers) are paid good amounts of money to tout and advertise a specific sketchy stock , with the goal of inducing newbie traders to buy the stock making it price go very high in a very short amount of time, the pumpers compensations comes from certain shares holders which hold incredible big amounts of shares which they acquire at insignificant prices, these shareholders can be either insiders of the company or a third party, so once the stock price climb big percentage's (i.e. 50%, 100%, 200%...) the share holders start selling their stocks, which is the dump phase of the process, and once they end dumping their shares at this huge prices the advertisement company stops sending out E-mails or making "cold calls" , and when this combined with the big shares sells of the shareholder's happens it make the stock price tank so fast that if you have shares you will not be able to sell them before you lose over 50% plus of your investment.

    Here is an example

This was Brighton last advertised stock, look how it ends....

So now you know the basics of a pump and dump scheme , let me help you identify why (OTCPK:GNIN) is a Pump and Dump.

First of all it is Brighton( which is a stock pumper) newest compensated pump. Every Pumper who had received a compensation to promote a stock must announce it on a legal disclaimer in ever e-mail or advertisement material, so if you search in the small letters of the disclaimer they attach at the end of the email you can find how much they were compensated

This is the disclaimer of Brighton emails over (OTCPK:GNIN) try to find the $35,000.00 compensation per week there!

And check how often they send emails hyping everything of (OTCPK:GNIN)

Now that you have seen this let me explain more details about how this pump is being done

The promoters have a strategy already planned with the company insiders in most cases, so they can release press release which are always hype and misleading, tricking newbie's which actually believes the hype. For example lets say company ABC who sells fruits goes and call Walmart and ask them if they want to buy fruits from them and in Walmart they tell them that if they are interested to sell fruits to Walmart , they must fill and submit a file , and then Walmart will check it and decide, so they go and fill this, and then put a press release saying that they are in negotiations with Walmart to sell their fruits and that they think Walmart will make the business etc. when actually every single person can go and fill one of those files.

So after they submit the file, the pumper's come and place a press release on a certain websites that they know most traders check like Yahoo! Finance .

Check this screen capture of Yahoo! Finance press releases on (OTCPK:GNIN)

as you can see they have a very positive press release almost every day in the last 13 days (OTCPK:GNIN) have 12 extremely positive press releases, but what is more strange here is that all come from the same website as you can see in the red marks I made. Just think for a second, how come (OTCPK:GNIN) is doing so GREAT and no other website talks about all their recent success? Well let me tell you that PR Newswire is a website that you put up what you want them to release, and they charge for doing it, so basically the pumpers may be the ones who pay for this press releases and by the way they like PRnewswire because their articles are link in Yahoo Finance so everyone who checks (OTCPK:GNIN) on yahoo Finance will get to read this PR.

Here I have show you with evidence that back up everything I said that (OTCPK:GNIN) is a pump and dump by Brighton, so you should be very careful investing on this stock because in my opinion is really near to dump again, this stock has being pumped since February 7 and in February 19 had it first dump, now the pumpers even after that dump they keep pumping it (maybe they still have shares to dump?) and don't think that it will come back to its previous price again, is more likely it will stay were it is around the1.40's to 1.60's and then dump back to .50's in my opinion , but be advised that with a pump and dump you can never know how far it will raise and how far it will drop.
So don't be the bag holder for this pump or you may end losing your hard work earned money!

Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours.

Additional disclosure: I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. I am not receiving compensation for it.
