Investors can learn a lot here from AT&T Inc. (NYSE: T) and Xerox (NYSE: XRX) gamification initiatives. Today gamification in the enterprise is being used to educate, engage, collaborate and share within the workplace. The Global Gamification market is expected to grow to 99 percent from 2012-2016.

So how is gamification being used at enterprise organizations today?


52% of Xerox's revenue is comprised of various outsourcing services. According to Xerox, these services account for two-thirds of its revenue by 2017. In 2009, Xerox acquired Affiliated Computer Services (ACS) for $5.5 billion. The company has been experiencing slow growth over the past few years.
