    * note - this article doesn't include exact figures or numbers, it is based on a person who lives in Phil and quite vigilant, observant of what is the relation between foot traffic in malls, full car parking in major cities in metro manila and land and rail transportation traffic.

Traffic In Metro Manila Signals Bullish Growth In The Philippine Economy

How long have you been stranded due to traffic when driving? 2, 3, 4 or 5 hours in traffic? The one I experience recently was hell, I was stranded for three hours and the estimated time if I there was not any traffic, is 40 minutes. Im sure its one hell of a ride if you experience it and nature calls you to pee lol! But I'm not gonna talk about bad it was, what I'm gonna talk about how traffic is one indicative factor of growth in the Philippines. These 5 past years that I spent on working, what I notice was traffic gets worse and worse. I've look at the humongous line of people who's about take a ride of rail station going to business centre. The mall parking that always gets full if its connected with train. The jam packed of average cars thats piling in the metro even with number codings. No it isn't a bad thing, you know why it takes common sense to know that with this traffic is indicative, that were fueled with people who's labor intensive. The cars lining up like ants it coincides with the fact that people have the disposable income to spend on fueling the gas, paying the parking fee. Friday, Saturday, Sunday malls is fill with huge crowds with extreme foot traffic, its pertains to people that is driven by consumption spending, healthy leverage (with figures that I saw in research of bad debts). Yes Philippines is growing crazy with more middle class, rising. We are not longer the sick man of Asia, lots of people now are getting acquanted with knowledge, these would led to a new growth driven economy longterm. Arise, Arise
