Yesterday, shares of Horizon Pharma (NASDAQ:HZNP) were down more than 30% after two major pharmacy benefit managers removed its drugs from their formularies.
For the following two reasons, I do believe this could just turn into the beginning of a nightmare for HZNP shareholders:
