AdvisorShares Active ETF Market Share Update – Week Ending 12/27/13

The active ETF market experienced a modest uptick during the abbreviated holiday week, with total net assets exceeding $14.8 billion. The Short Term Bond category, led by the iShares Short Maturity Bond ETF and the PIMCO Enhanced Short Duration ETF, had the highest weekly increase in net assets by about $25 million. Net assets in the Foreign Bond category decreased by almost $26 million, which included WisdomTree's Emerging Markets Local Debts ETF. Meanwhile, the U.S. Equity category, including the AdvisorShares TrimTabs Float Shrink ETF, showed a moderate increase in net assets from the previous week.
