    As of 8/31/12 real estate is completely worthless we are hitting 50 year lows , however if you can go super long as most can't maybe the table will turn. ;The lending market and restrictions have take the real estate market to low levels that have never been around in years, but some good news again longer term its a buyers market." Take 45% off real estate from these levels " its a giveaway" due to tax issues"

    The Government needs to lite up on loan restrictions to jump the real estate market otherwise it will be a total collapse and the tax base wont support the high wages of city and state officials, California is city are bankrupt as well as some north Harrisburg bankrupt too

    Author’s reply » Reporting 10-1-12 real estate completly worthless" Just Plain Bad! The bank mess has a big effect on the market loans are few and far between the employment numbers are down and so are profits for the 3/4Th quartes.If longing real estate you may have to hold for 22years before the better cycle begins hopfully then the banks will heal.

    Author’s reply » Ride GOLD above 2300 near term with stops@2200again wont surprise me to see gold above 2500 if the Job picture doesnt improve "FASTER" at the current rate the tax base is erroding and tax increases are on the way ,so no matter what you buy there will be an increase down the road . The better the jobs the less the tax. The city officals have erroded the tax base by not setting limits based on city /state incomes.
