ALNC, the holding company for Alliance Bank, N.A., announced recently its net income for the quarter ended September 30, 2010 was $3.1 million or $0.66 per diluted share, compared to $3.0 million or $0.64 per diluted share in the year-ago quarter.
Net income for the nine months ended September 30, 2010 was $8.8 million, compared to $8.0 million in the year-ago period.

Wisconsin Power and Light Company, a subsidiary of LNT announced that its Board of Directors has elected John O. Larsen to serve as President of Wisconsin Power and Light Company as of December 1, 2010.
