4/29/16 - Student loans paid off six months before I planned on them being paid off. Basically every paycheck minus living expenses since last Oct went towards them. Lower end luxury car amount of money at close to 7% interest. Now I will have more disposable income than I can spend each... More

I suppose I should list what I currently own in this account:

    arr.pb - 16 shares - current value $391 - 8% yield paid monthly

    etv - 80 shares - $1062 - approx 10% monthly (approximate because I'm dripping this as long as it's at a discount)

    etw - 93 - $1051 - same as above

    exg - 68 - $656 - same as above

    grh.pc - 22 - $392 - 13% yield monthly (yes, this one is very risky)

    jgt - 37 - $367 - 8.5% (bleah, may have picked a bum with this one)

    rso.pb - 25 - $622 - 8.25%

So a bit over $4500 depending on the day of the week. And likely to go down further if the high yield hysteria continues. Which is kind of disheartening, but I didn't really start til last November. And things I would like to own are starting to go on sale.

The overall yield is approximately 10% which is above the 8% minimum I'm going for.

And I'm able to currently contribute $335 every two weeks for the foreseeable future which is a lot better than it used to be.
