    Judging by the action today a floor has been set for COO. Intraday trading dropped from $78 to a low of $69.5 before finding traction and increasing back to $72. This is a positive sign for a stock that has been remarkably steady and correlated positively to the market. The RSI increased from a low of 10 to 50 in the last hour of trading and volume was up significantly. There is spotty news as to why the drop occurred but MSN published a piece outlining the poor handing on the Avaira Toric recall.
