Helmerich And Payne Is Getting Hammered Because Of A Bad Ticker Symbol 0 comments
Helmerich And Payne (HP) is an oil and gas driller. They've been doing well considering the economy, but their shares are betting hurt because their ticker symbol is HP so a lot of people think they're trading Hewlett Packard (HPQ).
This firm is conservatively managed, but it's a bit hard to get news stories about them since the stock sites are spammed with stories about HPQ. With Hewlett Packard at a 52 week low this stock is being pulled down.
