Delaware Court Issues AUGT/P Markman Ruling · Yesterday, AMC, in the District Court of Delaware, Judge Stark issued a Markman ruling in AUGT's patent dispute with Pandora alleging infringement of AUGT's '690 patent, "Appliance Metaphor For Adding Media Function to a Web page." The Markman hearing was held in late February. · Nine terms were disputed and ruled on. Of the terms disputed, the court sided with Augme's definition on eight of the nine terms. · Overall, we believe the Markman ruling was heavily in favor of Augme, and should be seen as incrementally positive for the stock given the market is currently assigning no value for its IP portfolio.
