NOAA predicted a spike in the Planetary A-Index for Tuesday and Wednesday. Tuesday saw the index move up to 20, but the highest number recorded on Wednesday was 8. Today it jumped to 27. Conclusion: We could still see some sharp selling on Friday. One thing I forgot to mention: the daily spiral peak count has been in the single digits all week. Tomorrow it drops to -21. That means tomorrow should be down.
The volatility indicators were high on Thursday, but no 3-digit move in the DJIA. All indicators have a +/- 1-day window. I am expecting a 3-digit move in the DJIA Friday.
I want to say tomorrow should be down, and down in a big way. But then, Yellen speaks tomorrow. Could she really say something that would trigger selling??
In the Indicator Calendar below, two of the the red circles indicate a big move, and the other two are bearish indicators.
