    Solar Stock, Ascent Solar (NASDAQ:ASTI) Leads Gaining over 64%
    POINT ROBERTS, Aug. 16, 2011 -, a global investor research portal for independent investors, reports on top percentage gainers on the NASDAQ for Aug. 15, 2011.
    Solar stock, Ascent Solar was as the top of the gainers list in Monday’s trading sessions as the stock witnessed a jump of over 64%.
    Ascent Solar Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:ASTI) spiked  0.48 (64.67%) to $1.21 after announcing a $437 million deal with Asian investors.
    The maker of thin-film solar panels said it will license its technology for use in east Asia and sell the Chinese and Singaporean investors a 20 percent stake in the company.
    Dendreon Corporation   (NASDAQ:DNDN)  rose 2.28 (21.99%) to $12.65. Recently, Dendreon Corporation reported disastrous 2Q2011 results thanks to slower-than-expected sales of its Provenge prostate cancer therapy. The news sent DNDN plunging from the $35 level down to the $12 level and is sparking lawsuits over alleged insider trading and misleading growth projections by the company.
    Pharmaceutical Product Development, Inc.   (NASDAQ:PPDI) increased4.91 (18.46%) to $31.51 as  Carlyle Group is in exclusive talks to buy the clinical research company, said five people with knowledge of the discussions.
    EXACT Sciences Corporation   (NASDAQ:EXAS) rose 1.03 (15.99%) to $7.47 after rating increased from Mkt Perform to Mkt Outperform. Rodman & Renshaw is the brokerage firm which is currently analyzing this company and found it necessary to change their rating.

    When market is bullish everyone want to join stock market and wish to start trading but in bearish market condition why every one is scare of joining share market?
    We believe bearish market is as good as bullish market. Traders can get many trading opportunities in both types of trends.
