Here at MissionIR, we pride ourselves on being able to give you up-to-the-minute investment news on the companies you want to follow. That's why we're excited to announce that we will be attending the B. Riley & Co. 13th Annual Investor Conference from May 21st-23rd, 2012, in Santa Monica, California.

Representatives from MissionIR will be in attendance, providing full coverage through live blogging and tweeting. We will also publish a newsletter just before the event begins, highlighting all of the presenting companies for our subscribers. The B. Riley & Co. Conference is a prestigious, invite-only event that enables company management teams to connect with a large audience of qualified investors and financial professionals. Each company gets a 25-minute slot: 20 minutes to present information on their financial health and plans for the future, followed by a 5 minute question and answer session. Companies will use PowerPoint presentations during their time slots, and also have the opportunity to webcast their presentation, should they so choose.

Conference attendees will have the unique opportunity to schedule a one-on-one session with any company of their choosing. Investors and company representatives will use this time to discuss questions or inquiries that they could have for each other. Additionally, everybody in attendance will have the opportunity to partake in special discussions and after-hours activities. MissionIR is excited to be at the center of the action and looks forward to updating our subscribers on the companies and investors in attendance.

The three-day conference kicks off on Monday, May 21st at the Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel. Monday begins with discovery day presentations, followed by company presentations on Tuesday and Wednesday. One-on-one sessions and lunch and panel discussions for all interested parties will also be held on these days.
