  • More Cash Dividends From USM? 0 comments

    The last asset sale($480M) from USM paid out a $5.75 cash dividend on June 07/13, maybe the latest sale of $308M announced today,June 28/13 will paid out another cash dividend of roughly $3.68 a share(just a number taken from the $5.75 ratio? {might be close or might be way,way,way off base.....just an ideal number for my thinking;all shareholders can come up with their own number;I am just thinking out loud that a cash dividend would be great,again}

    As has been mentioned in other blogs/posts the company seems to be working to make itself a nice tidy pkg which todays shareholders might benefit from as USM seems to be such a low flyer these days on the street radar. Asset sales that flow down to shareholders have to be worth a long hard look. USM might have squeezed a few of the short sellers out there today.....nice move nonetheless to pass $36.00. Just some thoughts while awaiting mgmt next move/announcement regarding this latest asset sale. All the best.

    Disclosure: I am long USM, SWY, NVAX.

    Additional disclosure: Please do your own DD on these stocks as everybody has to take responsibility for their own trading decisions....I am just giving some of my opinions/thoughts on this latest asset sale by USM; never investment advice. Thanks.
