    These are the results of tonight's Penny Stocks To Buy screen. This stock screen is based on our so-called Climax Low oversold volume-based buy signal. There were just five symbols that came up tonight. Usually there are more, but not too much of anything is oversold these days, by most any measure.

    The following penny stocks (at least penny stocks by my defnition) showed signals today:

    TVL
    HA
    RIGL
    CIGX
    INSM

    Of those, I like TVL and RIGL the best. They might not go up right way, but the signals should mark the lows. Sometimes it goes sideways for couple weeks or more and then suddenly they start to go up.
