    Dear Ms. Robles,

Of course they can be bought, in the understanding that redemption is not posssible, for legal and political reasons. Having said that, their technical structure makes them tradeable under certain considerations, such as existance of a default interest rate, and underlying commodity (sinking fund in gold mint).

If the bonds do have those two considerations, then, an orthodox pricing exercise can be done, this in order to avoid the "Market's" distortion (prices in the billion-trillion range).

There are a few acceptable parties to probe for a sell, although collateralization of said documents, to get a credit line, and then, if there is a reputable platform, putting the asset into trading, seems more like the way to go, proceeds from trading could be invested in legit projects, which in turn be put into the monetizing credit line trust, so that, they release the bond, that has been place as a temporary guarantee.

Other avenues for buyers, are to purchase them as an illiquid security for tax write-off strategies or a charitable gift.

A more interesting venture is to create a secondary market for defaulted/delinquient securities, just the way we are currently doing.

    Best regards,

    Juan Manuel
