How could you believe this stock is worth $10 if you paid $4.33 per share yesterday and once owned it at $60?? Oh that's not from me and it's not an exact quote but for the reason of demonstrating some of the ill-will towards this stock, wouldn't you think that it would be from disgruntled shareholders of the compaines they've bought out the past year or so, namely Forest Oil and Arena Resources?? These folks could NEVER say anything good about today's SD so quit listening to them. I'm a relative new looker here and I like some of the things I see. Namely you have an almost $2 Billion dollar market cap company with an Enterprise Value of $5 Billion, PRODUCING almost 60,000 BOE per day, the majority of it oil, and that owns & operates their own (also for hire) drill rig fleet and they're building and running a new this year CO2 sequestering facility in a JV with OXY, all for the share price in the low $4 range, near or at their 52 week low?? And to quote a writer with the nick CanadianValue, you get a fairly low risk flyer (post acquisitions) on a return to higher natural gas prices too.
WHAT IS NOT TO LIKE WITH THAT??? If you honestly believe in buying low and selling high, isn't THIS the exact situation this old saying implies???? I'm not saying to buy your complete SD position right here. But don't you have to start buying some near this 52 week low?? Opportunity IS knocking here but most just can't bring themselves to....hear it.

I'm not a professional, but I'm seeing the same thing. And, if a rank amateur like ME can see it, I gotta believe others who are more savvy are seeing the same thing. I know SD's had a couple of bad quarters, but at $4, it looks like there's far more upside than downside here. What am I missing?
