I will be taking this when I get back from vacation. I just looked at the sample questions and although they were easy I bet it gets more difficult. Thanks for posting Chris.

As a guy, with advanced degrees that are not finance related I am curious. Although tests, games and problem solving are my thing.

    And congrats Samir....very impressive.

Chris, thanks for the shoutout. Everyone else - thanks for the kind words; they're truly appreciated.

sheldond: From my experience, the actual test is more difficult than the sample questions, though neither are particularly difficult. The concepts were fairly basic, but two factors made a few of the questions a little tricky. First, at least on the version I took, many of the questions were worded in the most confusing way possible, a little like the SAT way back in high school - you have to deconstruct the question and actually figure out what they're asking before you can figure out the correct answer. Second, they use real-world examples, and in a few instances, I knew from preexisting knowledge of the situation that the "real-world" correct answer was outside of the multiple choices given. On those sorts of questions, you have to be careful to pretend you don't know anything about the situation and work exclusively within the framework of the data that's presented to you.

Cool link Chris. I think I want to try it.

I'll have to get a webcam first. I wonder if they will give me extra credit if I lick the webcam periodically during the test . . . .

(Got that idea from a drunk driver who refused to take the field sobriety test, but when they put him in the back of the patrol car, he decided to lick the video camera -- somewhat hindering his defense against the drunk driving charges, I would imagine.)
