Investors are good at interpreting Fibonacci levels when it comes to price but they don't use the amazing power of Phi (1.618) when reading the RSI.
Investors also, incorrectly, use the RSI to tell them if a stock is "oversold" or "overbought". The RSI is a measure of sentiment!
The RSI tells you how much bullish or bearish sentiment a stock has.
