    John - Interesting trend lines. None seem to be going down. But don't I keep reading that the housing market is on the mend? Didn't I just read that homebuilders were beating expectation in a huge way? How can this be? But hey, if everybody believes it, it must be true, right?

    Me thinks that there just might be a few people in denial yet. Make that a few million people.
