    The title is the same as an article I wrote at TheStreet.com.  The answer has a 2 out of 3 chance of depending on the change of GDP growth for the third quarter compared to the second.  Weaker growth:  rally continues.  Stronger growth:  rally is over.  The detailed analysis is found in the article.

    A technical analysis process is also discussed that might help you "divine" the bond market as well.
