    10-Year Note - (2.009) Weekly, annual and semiannual value levels are 2.078, 2.476 and 3.063 with my annual pivot at 1.981, and daily, monthly and semiannual risky levels at 1.959, 1.843 and 1.413.

    Comex Gold - ($1608.3) My annual value level is $1599.9 with weekly, semiannual, monthly, quarterly and annual and semiannual risky levels at $1647.9, $1719.2, $1793.7, $1802.9 and $1852.1.

    Nymex Crude Oil - ($95.96) Monthly and quarterly pivots are $96.21 and $95.84 with weekly, annual and semiannual risky levels at $100.96, $115.23, $115.42 and $130.42.

    The Euro - (1.3362) Annual, daily and semiannual value levels are 1.3257, 1.3237 and 1.2797 with my quarterly pivot at 1.3334, and monthly, weekly and annual risky levels at 1.3570, 1.3514 and 1.4295.

    Dow Transports set a new all time high at 5982.69 on Friday, but not a new all time closing high. Industrials lag monthly and semiannual risky levels at 14,132 and 14,323. Transports are between annual and semiannual pivots at 5925 and 5955. The S&P 500 is shy of monthly and semiannual risky levels at 1542.9 and 1566.9. The NASDAQ is shy of my monthly risky level at 3250. The Russell 2000 is between my monthly pivot at 911.32 and semiannual risky level at 965.51. This week's risky levels; 14,226 Industrials, 1547.8 S&P 500, 3252 NASDAQ, 6116 Transports, and 943.46 Russell 2000. Quarterly pivots are; 13,668 Dow Industrials, 1431.1 S&P 500 and 3071 NASDAQ. Annual pivots are; 5469 on Transports, and 860.25 Russell 2000. Annual value levels are; 12,696 and 12,509 Dow Industrials, 1348.3 S&P 500, 2806 and 2790 NASDAQ and 809.54 Russell 2000.

    Daily Dow:(13,982) Quarterly and annual value levels are 13,668, 12,696 and 12,509 with a daily pivot at 13,984, and weekly, monthly and semiannual risky levels at 14,226, 14,132 and 14,323.

    S&P 500 - (1519.8) Quarterly and annual value levels are 1431.1 and 1348.3 with daily, weekly, monthly and semiannual risky levels at 1523.6, 1547.8, 1542.9 and 1566.9.

    NASDAQ - (3192) Quarterly and annual value levels are 3071, 2806 and 2790 with daily, weekly, monthly and semiannual risky levels at 3203, 3252, 3250 and 3583.

    NASDAQ 100 (NDX) - (2765) Annual value levels are 2463 and 2385 with daily, weekly, quarterly and monthly risky levels at 2774, 2808, 2798 and 2871. My semiannual risky level is 3196.

    Dow Transports - (5946) Annual, monthly and quarterly value levels are 5469, 5440 and 5094 with an annual pivot at 5925, and semiannual, daily and weekly risky levels at 5955, 5951 and 6116.

    Russell 2000 - (923.15) Monthly, annual, quarterly and annual value levels are 911.32, 860.25, 821.01 and 809.54 with daily, weekly and semiannual risky levels at 926.07, 943.46 and 965.51.

    The SOX- (428.50) Monthly, quarterly and annual value levels are 409.08, 371.62 and 338.03 with daily, weekly, quarterly and semiannual risky levels at 431.02, 437.93, 440.36 and 520.17.
