    10-Year Note - (2.607) Daily, weekly and semiannual value levels are 2.701, 2.887 and 3.227 with monthly, annual, monthly, annual and semiannual risky levels at 2.601, 2.476, 2.284, 1.981 and 1.719.

    Comex Gold - ($1307.0) Monthly and weekly value levels are $1229.7 and $1210.5 with a daily pivot at $1298.2, and annual, quarterly and annual risky levels at $1599.9, $1603.0 and $1852.1.

    Nymex Crude Oil - ($106.76) Monthly, daily and quarterly value levels are $104.48, $103.73 and $91.75 with weekly, semiannual and annual risky levels at $109.18, $109.84 and $115.23.

    The Euro - (1.3281) Weekly, semiannual and quarterly value levels are 1.3079, 1.2477 and 1.1545 with daily and annual pivots at 1.3297 and 1.3257, and monthly and annual risky levels at 1.3313 and 1.4295.

    This week's value levels are 15,374 Dow Industrials, 1676.8 S&P 500, 3607 Nasdaq, 6475 Dow Transports and 1053.08 Russell 2000 with a monthly pivot at 3663 Nasdaq, and monthly and semiannual risky levels at 16,188 and 16,490 Dow Industrials, 1742.5 and 1743.5 S&P 500, 3759 Nasdaq, 7087 and 7104 Dow Transports and 1092.24 and1089.42 Russell 2000. My quarterly value levels are 14,288 Dow Industrials, 1525.6 S&P 500, 3284 Nasdaq, 5348 Dow Transports and 863.05 Russell 2000. My annual value levels are 12.696 Dow Industrials, 1348.3 S&P 500, 2806 Nasdaq, 5469 Dow Transports and 809.54 Russell 2000. For the Dow the upside is 5.3% and the downside risk is 18.9%.

    S&P 500 - (1709.7) Daily, weekly, quarterly and annual value levels are 1696.7, 1676.8, 1525.6 and 1348.3 with the August 2 all time high at 1709.67, and monthly and semiannual risky levels at 1742.5 and 1743.5.

    NASDAQ - (3690) Weekly, quarterly and annual value levels are 3607, 3284 and 2806 with daily and monthly pivots at 3686 and 3663, the August 2 multi-year high at 3689.59, and semiannual risky level at 3759.
