    10-Year Note - (2.642) Weekly and semiannual value levels are 2.887 and 3.227 with monthly, annual, monthly, annual and semiannual risky levels at 2.601, 2.476, 2.284, 1.981 and 1.719.

    Comex Gold - ($1301.1) Monthly and weekly value levels are $1229.7 and $1210.5 with daily, annual, quarterly and annual risky levels at $1315.7, $1599.9, $1603.0 and $1852.1.

    Nymex Crude Oil - ($106.49) Monthly and quarterly value levels are $104.48 and $91.75 with a daily pivot at $105.99 and weekly, semiannual and annual risky levels at $109.18, $109.84 and $115.23.

    The Euro - (1.3258) Weekly, semiannual and quarterly value levels are 1.3079, 1.2477 and 1.1545 with an annual pivot at 1.3257, and daily, monthly and annual risky levels at 1.3334, 1.3313 and 1.4295.

    The Nasdaq set a new multi-year high at 3694.18 on Monday, which is within the dunce cap dome of the March 2000 tech bubble. The Russell 2000 set a new all time high at 1063.52. This week's value levels are 15,374 Dow Industrials, 1676.8 S&P 500, 3607 Nasdaq, 6475 Dow Transports and 1053.08 Russell 2000 with a monthly pivot at 3663 Nasdaq, and monthly and semiannual risky levels at 16,188 and 16,490 Dow Industrials, 1742.5 and 1743.5 S&P 500, 3759 Nasdaq, 7087 and 7104 Dow Transports and 1092.24 and1089.42 Russell 2000. My quarterly value levels are 14,288 Dow Industrials, 1525.6 S&P 500, 3284 Nasdaq, 5348 Dow Transports and 863.05 Russell 2000. My annual value levels are 12.696 Dow Industrials, 1348.3 S&P 500, 2806 Nasdaq, 5469 Dow Transports and 809.54 Russell 2000.

    S&P 500 - (1707.1) Weekly, quarterly and annual value levels are 1676.8, 1525.6 and 1348.3 with a daily pivot at 1707.3, the August 2 all time high at 1709.67, and monthly and semiannual risky levels at 1742.5 and 1743.5.

    NASDAQ - (3693) Weekly, quarterly and annual value levels are 3607, 3284 and 2806 with a monthly pivot at 3663, the August 5 multi-year high at 3694.18, and daily and semiannual risky levels at 3712 and 3759.

    NASDAQ 100 (NDX) - (3143) Monthly, weekly, quarterly and annual value levels are 3080, 3050, 2983 and 2463 with the August 5 multi-year high at 3145.25, and daily and semiannual risky levels at 3167 and 3304.

    Dow Transports - (6601) Weekly, annual and quarterly value levels are 6475, 6346, 5925, 5469 / 5348 with a daily pivot at 6607, the August 1 all time high at 6686.86, and monthly / semiannual risky levels at 7087 / 7104.

    Russell 2000 - (1063.01) Weekly, quarterly / annual value levels are 1053.08, 863.05, 860.25 / 809.54 with daily pivot 1062.37, August 5 all time high at 1063.52, monthly / semiannual risky levels at 1092.24 / 1089.42.

    The SOX- (482.14) Quarterly and annual value levels are 404.59 and 338.03 with daily and weekly pivots at 482.67 and 481.22, and monthly and semiannual risky levels at 513.89 and 533.56.

    Dow Utilities:(504.52) My weekly value level is 501.01 with daily, quarterly, semiannual, monthly and annual risky levels at 511.29, 510.38, 523.33, 530.15 and 540.37.

    I think you have made some good points on the price of allot of these indexes. This parabolic move up with very little correction is insane and we are at record margin levels again in the market. Also the PE magic of how different folks interpret PE on say the Russell is scary. I think its much higher than most folks realize. I think the PE doesn't matter folks are going to get slapped along side the head hard once the shorts get through Mr Buffet's stocks can remain irrational longer than you are solvent and some probably wont be solvent with this crazy pump. Sometime this will probably be a spectacular shorting opportunity. Good work!
