Aceto Announces Board of Directors Declares Semi-Annual Cash Dividend
PORT WASHINGTON, N.Y., Dec. 9, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Aceto Corporation (ACET), a global leader in the marketing and distribution of pharmaceutical intermediates and active ingredients, finished dosage form generics, nutraceutical products, agricultural protection products and specialty chemicals today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular semi-annual dividend of $0.10 per common share.
The cash dividend will be distributed on January 18, 2012 to shareholders of record as of December 28, 2011.
