This designation indicates that ShoreTels Enterprise Contact Center has passed a detailed evaluation and testing process managed by VMware (VMW) and is now listed in the VMware Partner Product Catalog.
Passing the extensive VMware-specified testing helps ensure that Enterprise Contact Center makes best use of VMware technology and is ready for deployment in customer environments.
