FORT MYERS, Fla., Dec. 19, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Alico, Inc. (ALCO) ("Alico") (Nasdaq:ALCO), a land management company primarily engaged in a variety of agribusiness pursuits, announced that its Board of Directors, at a meeting held on December 15, 2011, declared a first quarter cash dividend in the amount of $0.04 per share on its outstanding common stock. The dividend is to be paid to shareholders of record as of December 30, 2011, with the payment expected on January 16, 2012.
