(NASDAQ: KLIC) (K&S or the Company) announces Lisa Lim as the new Global Vice President of Human Resources, reporting directly to the President and Chief Executive Officer, Bruno Guilmart. Lisa comes to K&S with over 14 years of HR experience in both the public and private sector and brings a wide range of expertise to her position. Having received a Bachelor of Law from the National University of Singapore, a MBA from the London Business School and a Masters in Human Resource Management, Lisa is a seasoned strategic HR professional with a strong business acumen. Lisa joins K&S from Dell where she held various instrumental roles, and was responsible for talent management, leadership development, and organizational development.
