Six Flags Expands Share Repurchase Plan by $250 Million
GRAND PRAIRIE, Texas, Jan. 3, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Six Flags Entertainment Corporation (SIX) announced today that its board of directors has approved a stock repurchase plan that allows the company to repurchase $250 million of its stock through 2015. In February 2011, the company announced a three-year $60 million plan that has substantially been completed.
