WARRINGTON, Pa., March 15, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Discovery Laboratories, Inc. (DSCO) today announced that it is offering to sell shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering.
The Company also expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase additional shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any. Lazard Capital Markets LLC is acting as the sole book-running manager for the offering, Stifel Nicolaus Weisel is acting as co-lead manager, and ROTH Capital Partners, LLC is acting as co-manager.
