BrightPoint Australia Announces Logistic Services Agreement With Aggregato
INDIANAPOLIS, March 20, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Brightpoint, Inc. (CELL) ("BrightPoint") (Nasdaq:CELL), a global leader in providing device lifecycle services to the wireless industry, today announced that its subsidiary, Brightpoint Australia Pty Ltd ("BrightPoint Australia"), has entered into an agreement with Aggregato Mobile Direct Pty Limited ("Aggregato") to provide fulfillment and logistic services in support of Red Bull Media House GmbH ("Red Bull MOBILE").
Under the terms of the agreement, BrightPoint Australia will provide a full suite of logistic services to Aggregato for Red Bull MOBILE products, including handset customisation, content uploading, specialised kitting, and fulfillment services to end users and selected retail partners in Australia.
